- Large dry crusher paddocks with shelters

- 20x60 Indoor arena (new footing)
- Large outdoor hog fuel arena with lights
- Large outdoor sand arena (always a jump course set up)

Boarding
Priority 1 Equestrian only offers board to clients who are in a lesson program or have their horse in a training program with us.
Full board

Priority 1 equestrian prioritizes a feed plan that best suits each horse and will cater to exactly what each horse need. Happy horse happy rider!
All included:
- 3 hay feedings a day, offering quality local, orchard, and alfalfa hay
- 1 grain feeding a day offering multiple grains to best suite each horses needs
- Stall and paddock cleaned daily
- water buckets scrubbed, cleaned, and filled daily
- Daily blanket changes when needed
